All disputes arising out of this Terms of Use shall be referred to Arbitration to be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator. The seat of Arbitration shall be New Delhi and the Arbitration shall be conducted in English language.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website.
