Is it safe to have sex in first trimester of pregnancy?
Sex during the first trimester is safe for women who have no pregnancy-related complications. The baby is well protected inside the uterus, and normal intercourse does not increase the risk of miscarriage. While some women may feel tired or uncomfortable due to early pregnancy symptoms, intimacy can continue if both partners are comfortable. It is always best to follow medical advice if there are any health concerns.
