He has served as Professor and Head of Respiratory Medicine at leading institutions, including ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, and Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, University of Delhi. He is an Emeritus Professor and Fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (India) and has been recognized among the top 2% scientists globally by Stanford University. His expertise includes asthma, allergy, COPD, tuberculosis, interstitial lung diseases, and advanced pulmonary care.
