Dr. Asit Arora is a globally recognized Gastrointestinal (GI) & Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB), Surgical Oncologist with over two decades of experience. He has successfully treated thousands of patients with complex gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary cancers. Dr. Arora is a pioneer in integrating robotic-assisted surgery and advanced minimally invasive techniques, enabling precise surgery, faster recovery, and improved outcomes.
Dr. Arora completed his M.B.B.S. with multiple distinctions from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. He pursued his M.S. in General Surgery from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, followed by an M.Ch. in Gastrointestinal Surgery from GB Pant Hospital and Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi—one of India’s most prestigious surgical training programs.
His commitment to medical education is evidenced by his tenure as an Associate Professor in the Department of H.P.B. Surgery at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (I.L.B.S.), New Delhi.
