Dr. Richa Sharma has 20 years of experience so far with exclusively dedicated experience in the field of fertility and related issue. She has done more than 4500 IVF / ICSI cycle, more than 1000 IUI cycle with expertise in dealing with complicated and high-risk cases. She has worked in many hospitals in all over India and abroad. She believes in ethical and transparent approach with empathy and has helped many couples to achieve dream of parenthood. She has been part of the team of World's first home based IUI kit (Berlin) and technical expert of Quality accreditation institute (New Delhi) in drafting ART guidelines. She had graduated in obstetrics and gynaecology from Govt. Medical College Jammu, followed by post-doctoral studies from Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad with add on Upgradation and Psychological First Aid Training from John Hopkins University and University of California. She has worked as Senior Consultant at Harley Street Fertility Centre. She is an author of Amazon's best seller book Infertility solutions for patient awareness as she believes in right information and awareness in the first step before any treatment via right source. She has been dealing with International Patients from America, China, Tokyo, Afghanistan, Iran, Mauritius, and had worked in many countries. She has been part of pioneer of IVF in Bourn hall (UK) and had been part of Medi cover Swedish Company.
